Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

HyperNode offers a 48 hour money-back guarantee for all new service purchases. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 48 hours, you may request a full refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Time Period

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of the initial purchase
  • Refund requests after 48 hours will not be considered
  • The 48 hours period starts from the date of service activation

Service Usage

  • Account must be in good standing with no violations
  • Services must not have been used for prohibited activities
  • No excessive resource usage beyond plan limits
  • Compliance with Terms of Service is required

Account Status

  • First-time customers only
  • One refund per customer per service type
  • Valid payment method and account verification

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain name registrations and transfers
  • SSL certificates
  • Third-party software licenses
  • Setup fees and one-time charges
  • Overage charges and additional resources
  • Custom development services
  • Migration services

4. Refund Process

Request Submission

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team via Discord or support ticket
  • Provide your account information and order details
  • Explain the reason for the refund request
  • Include any relevant documentation or screenshots

Review Period

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • We may request additional information during review
  • Technical verification may be performed
  • Account usage will be reviewed for compliance

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your payment provider
  • Cryptocurrency refunds may have additional requirements
  • Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days to process

5. Service Cancellation

When a refund is approved:

  • All services will be immediately cancelled
  • Data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
  • Account access will be revoked
  • Any remaining credits will be forfeited

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

Service Issues

  • Extended downtime beyond our SLA guarantee
  • Recurring technical issues not resolved in a timely manner
  • Service performance significantly below advertised standards

Prorated Refunds

  • Annual plans cancelled mid-term may receive prorated refunds
  • Unused portion of prepaid services may be refundable
  • Administrative fees may apply to partial refunds

7. Service Credits

Instead of refunds, we may offer service credits for:

  • Minor service disruptions
  • Temporary performance issues
  • Customer service concerns
  • Special circumstances at our discretion

8. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously and have specific policies:

Chargeback Process

  • Customers must attempt to resolve issues with us first
  • Chargebacks without prior contact may be disputed
  • Valid chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • Chargeback fees may be applied to disputed amounts

Consequences

  • Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended
  • Future service purchases may be restricted
  • Collections procedures may be initiated
  • Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Abuse of our refund policy
  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
  • Excessive resource usage
  • Services used for illegal purposes
  • Multiple refund requests for the same service

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be:

  • Posted on our website with effective date
  • Communicated to existing customers when applicable
  • Applied prospectively unless otherwise stated
  • Not retroactive to previous purchases
