- Game server hosting for various games including FiveM, Minecraft, Rust, ARK, GMod, and CS:GO
- Web hosting with SSD storage and various hosting plans
- Discord bot hosting with multiple programming language support
- Technical support and customer service
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

- 24/7 technical support via Discord and support tickets
- Regular maintenance and updates to improve service quality
- Service credits may be issued for significant downtime as per our SLA
7. Data Backup and Recovery
While we maintain backup systems:
- We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or malicious activity
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data
- Backup frequency and retention periods vary by service plan
- We cannot guarantee recovery of all data in case of system failure
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by HyperNode are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any HyperNode materials without explicit permission.
9. Privacy

10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
